About security and data protection
Qera ERP runs on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Your data is hosted in an encrypted, redundant and highly available architecture. We make sure the infrastructure is managed with enterprise-grade security and operational standards.
For customers within the scope of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we operate on a lawful basis, honor data-subject rights (Art. 15–22), sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where we act as a processor, and maintain sub-processor transparency (Microsoft Azure as the cloud infrastructure provider). Yes. Your data is backed up regularly and stored in a redundant architecture. With 99.9% availability (Microsoft Azure SLA), we work to minimize data loss and downtime in the event of a disruption.
Access is limited by role-based authorization. Each user can only reach the data their role requires. You can define the authorization structure to fit your own organization and change it when needed.
For our customers in Türkiye we also comply with KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data): lawful processing, a clear privacy notice, data minimization and respect for data-subject rights. We apply the same data-protection discipline across both frameworks.
